Brightford has run production payments since 2023. What began as a treasury tool for a handful of finance teams is now the banking and payments layer for thousands of companies across the the US — multi-currency accounts, scheduled payouts, treasury operations and FX, all against one ledger.
We are around 240 people across New York. We are profitable and privately held, backed by Ardencote Partners, Northmoor Capital and a group of operators from the payments industry. Brightford is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as an money transmitter; client funds are safeguarded with partner credit institutions and never lent out.
